Kindness
A lot of people say that it's hard to trust others nowadays, that they're all out to get you. I find that hard to believe because everywhere you go, people still care about friends and strangers, people still watch out for each other. I was on my way to work the other day and in the bus, an old man gave up his seat for me. On my way home, rain poured and a girl shared the shelter of her umbrella. The trike driver went out of his way to make it convenient for me to get to my door without being rained on too much. These all happened in one day and it was just a matter of really seeing and appreciating (not thinking that you deserve it) all the kindness that strangers throw your way. To the strangers: thank you very much.
