Kung Hei Fat Choi!
"May your coming year be filled with magic and dreams and good madness. I hope you read some fine books and kiss someone who thinks you're wonderful, and don't forget to make some art -- write or draw or build or sing or live as only you can. And I houpe, somewhere in the next year, you surprise yourself." -Neil Gaiman
Happy new year everyone!

Comeback Queen
Ah, 2006 shall prove to be an interesting year. A new year of graveyard shifts, bum CSATs, Ops pitbulls, irate callers, irate ereps, con-calls, shonga trainees and their ilk. Not to mention brilliant trainers, bad leads, good leads, great leads, greater teammates aaand...kilikili! It's good to be back.

Veggin Out
Had the opportunity to watch Mark Romanek's collection of music videos on DVD last weekend. If you liked the music videos of Madonna's Bedtime Stories and Rain; Lenny Kravitz's Are You Gonna Go My Way; Johnny Cash's Hurt and Audioslave's Cochise, chances are you love Mark Romanek but just don't know it. He's the director of the music videos mentioned above. One of his music videos that really got me was Nine Inch Nails' Closer. It's verry surreal, with sadism, pedophilia and a bit of sacrilege thrown in for good measure. It's great art, and hotdamn, Trent Reznor looked like the renegade rebel blacksheep brother of Owen and Luke Wilson (a.k.a. mighty yummy!). That was way back in 1994 though, now, sadly, Trent is a deadringer for Charles Grodin or maybe Gerard Depardieu. Aaah, tsk, tsk, the scourge of time.
