Why are there people who make you envious of their lives? Lives, as in with a husband and a child. Purple makes me feel exactly that way. I don't know why she affects me in that way, she's the only one who makes me feel like life is empty without a child. It's probably because of how she is. She's one of those fortunate people who are blessed with many talents, not to mention beautiful and intelligent. She did try her hand in the field of pseudo-medicine (she has a psych degree), she was one of ABS-CBN Interactive's best web designers and she used to contribute artist profiles (her "interviews") to Joelle's ex-website. Though she tried her hand in those fields, we, her friends, can see that she has found her niche in being a mother.

When she found out that she was pregnant, she thought about having an abortion but after a long drawn out drama of doing it or not, she just didn't have the heart to do it. There was a time that she would half-jokingly suggest to Joelle to push her down the escalator hoping to miscarry the baby. Good thing, Joelle didn't take her seriously, coz she now has a beautiful baby girl whom she absolutely adores.

Don't get me wrong. I don't want to have a baby just yet and there are people who make you want to swear off having a baby, but if you see how Purple's eyes sparkle whenever she holds her daughter, you just can't help feeling that you're missing out on some mystical and beautiful experience.
